This Privacy Policy explains how Meridian Strategy Partners LLC, doing business as RelationX ("RelationX," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit relationx.ai (the "Site") and join our early-access waitlist.
RelationX is currently in a pre-launch phase. At this stage, the Site offers a waitlist sign-up only. This Policy reflects our current practices. We will update it before launching any product features that process additional information, and we will notify waitlist members of material changes.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. If you contact us at hello@relationx.ai, we collect any information you choose to include in your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
Cookies. We use only essential cookies necessary for the Site to function. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Add you to our waitlist and notify you about early access, product updates, and launch
- Respond to your inquiries
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email with third parties for their own marketing.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Site and waitlist (for example, our website host and our email/waitlist infrastructure providers), bound to use it only to provide services to us
- Legal and safety recipients, where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others
- Business transfers, if RelationX is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you
4. Data Retention
We keep your waitlist information until you ask us to delete it or until it is no longer needed for the purposes above. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
5. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Age Restriction
The Site and RelationX are intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact hello@relationx.ai and we will delete it.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing emails (every email includes an unsubscribe link).
California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
EEA/UK residents. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information based on your consent (for waitlist sign-ups) or our legitimate interests in operating the Site. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and data portability. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise any right, email hello@relationx.ai. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law.
8. International Users
RelationX is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your country.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. The "Last Updated" date reflects the latest version. Material changes affecting waitlist members will be communicated by email or Site notice.
